The laws of the State of California shall govern the Terms of Use and your relationship with TapInTapOut. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts within the city and county of Los Angeles, California. By not enforcing or exercising a right in the Terms of Use, TapInTapOut does not wave that right. If one part of the Terms of Use is found to be invalid by a court, it does not mean the entire Terms of Use is invalid; every other section of the Terms is still in effect and valid. You agree that any claim related to the use of TapInTapOut Services or the Terms of Use must be filed within six (6) months after the incident takes place, or it shall forever become barred.
